UCC established Japan’s first
directly operated Blue Mountain estate in Jamaica.
By farming at origin, we stay involved from cultivation to harvest.

Great coffee starts with the tree.
Instead of purchasing seedlings, UCC grows its own from carefully selected coffee cherries.

After harvest, coffee cherries are carefully processed into green beans. In our Kona Blend, this careful processing preserves the coffee's natural clarity and flavor.
